Somehow the MySQL-Server process died. I just restarted it so everything should work fine again.

Finally Globalwar.de has got a new home with lots of traffic for small money so I decided to "reopen" globalwar for everybody. New accounts are also accepted so go and tell all your friends to join the game ;)
